Who We Help

We work with clientele whose business and/or personal circumstances have changed, the dots aren’t quite connecting or they feel that something is still ‘missing inside’, despite all of their achievements.

Conformity shouldn’t be part of your vocabulary if it’s starting to do more harm than good so alongside our candid discussions, empathy, understanding and elements of practical and personal experiences that we have encountered over the years (albeit with a touch of humour), we will guide you through, at a pace suited to fit around your lifestyle and needs.

No one has the same story, and below are in-depth case study extracts of three formidable clients we have had the pleasure of supporting and working with.

“It’s not who you are that holds you back. It’s who you think you are not.”

CHAPTER FORTY SIX (31).png

Eloise

“Life has a funny way of making you reevaluate and after being told about Chapter 46, I knew I had made the right decision as soon as I finished my call. Cheryl put me at ease within a few minutes of our first face to face meeting with her professionalism combined with her sense of humour, which allowed me to discuss and explore other career and personal development avenues that I may not have considered before.”

A former Global Head of Compliance for a financial institution, Eloise had taken voluntary redundancy to take time out of her career after recently divorcing and wasn’t quite sure what the future held in store. What was quite obvious, after our initial discussion, was that her identity had been her career and her personal life had been part of a unit before it began to fall apart; this was the first time in a long time that she felt alone and the fear of starting again had taken over.

Eloise chose the Platinum package, which meant that we had time to breakdown all the elements of the make up of who she was from why she had chosen her career, looking at the terminology and descriptions of the words she chose to describe herself in her role(s) at work and at home, whilst focusing on turning, what she perceived to be negative flaws in her character, into positive recognition of the things she had achieved over the years.

Our consultations initiated thought processes and realignment of what she could go on to do in her career and we’re pleased to say, that she didn’t quite turn into Shirley Valentine, but is now co founder of a luxury property company, combining her in-depth knowledge and skillset of compliance with her love of country houses and estates.

CHAPTER FORTY SIX (29).png

Michael

“Chapter 46 have the ability to look at things holistically and their bespoke advice helped me with new ways of handling my workload. I now have a much more flexible and practical approach to my day by using a combination of systems and processes that fit my personality.”

A Director of Talent Acquisition for an advertising agency in London, Michael initially came to us as a sounding board because the role he played meant that he carried a large proportion of responsibility on his shoulders for the wellbeing of people in the office, and to provide them with the right advice. He had become overwhelmed himself by certain elements of his job.

Michael worked long hours and didn’t have a lot of ‘me’ time, so we discussed the option of our Premium Consultations which meant that our calls were scheduled at 7am, to fit in around his lifestyle, prior to starting work. This allowed us to go through his task list for the day and provide Michael with clarity of what was achievable without feeling that he was a ‘failure’ as he had started to believe, unjustly, for not always being able complete projects in the allocated timescale, which meant that work had started to spill over and affect his overall mental agility.

After 6 weeks of working with Michael, implementing a schedule best suited to his personality that met the needs of hitting set targets and deliverables without compromising the more traditional way of working within the organisation, there had been a significant change in his motivation and a calmer, relaxed and realistic approach to completion of tasks.

Michael has since recommended Chapter 46 to two other senior members of staff who have become valued clients, and we continue to work with them on an ad hoc basis.

Alena

“I doubted my ability to be the ‘lead’ of the company because of my personal insecurities, but Cheryl has a way of speaking with you like a friend you’ve known for years, asking questions to get to the bottom of an issue in such a considerate and non-judgemental manner. It helps that she is so open in her communication and willing to share some of her own personal stories from the past. It encouraged and reminded me that people can see the good in you even when you don’t see it in yourself, and that you can get through some challenging times with hard work, determination and a change of mindset. I cannot thank Cheryl enough for how much of an impact her 1:1 sessions have made to me and the business.”

Alena held a middle management position at her father’s company until he passed away and the baton was given to her as the eldest child to carry on the legacy as CEO. We received a call from Alena last year for Cheryl to come onboard to their company, as an advisor on a flexible basis, to assist with business operations and strategic planning for the next stage of growth.

Having been thrust into a senior leadership role, Alena confided that the relationship with her father was one of years of turbulence and control which had led to various insecurities, but she had learnt to mask this from work colleagues and family members.

Alena’s trust in our 1:1 sessions allowed us to explore the kind of leader she felt she could be with separate mindset and personal development sessions, that were held at a beautiful boutique venue in London or at her home, on a weekly basis, enabling us to develop a strategic business growth and development plan suited to how she could deliver those changes confidently and most importantly, in her own way.

You can’t buy confidence, but you can rebuild it with Chapter 46.
